PVC Rotameters
PVC Rotameters, also known as flowmeters, are highly reliable and cost-effective instruments used for measuring the flow rate of gas or liquid. These rotameters operate on a simple principle - as the fluid is introduced into a gradually tapered flow tube, a float rises. The weight of the float is supported by the fluid flowing underneath until the entire volume of fluid can pass by the float. The corresponding position of the float on the measurement scale provides an accurate indication of the fluid's flow rate.
 
To cater to the market demand, we have developed a durable plastic tube type rotameter, for which we have obtained a patent. Our LZS-D series plastic water flow meter is designed with a polysulfide (PSU) or PC body. The fittings are made of high-quality PVC ABS or stainless steel, which allows them to withstand higher temperatures. The rotameter features thread joint and panel-mounted fittings, making it easy to install, cost-effective, and long-lasting.
 
The cone tube of our LZS series plastic tube rotor flowmeter is primarily constructed using AS and ABS plastic, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. Its compact size and lightweight design make it suitable for various industrial sectors such as chemical, environmental protection, and food industries.
