Vontron Sea Water (SW) Series of aromatic polyamide compound Desalination RO Membrane Element developed by Vontron Membrane Technology, for the desalination of seawater or heavily brackish ground water.
 
With the optimization of the RO membrane element structure, the SW Reverse Osmosis Membrane has an increased permeate flow, therefore fewer membrane elements are required for same permeate production. Vontron Sea Water Membranes are characterised by low operating pressure of 55 Bar @ 32000ppm, thus lowers the capital layout and running costs of a seawater desalination plant, a great ROI.
 
The SW element has an excellent rejection rate with a reliable performance, its effective salt rejection can ensure the production of drinking water from seawater simply through a single-pass Reverse Osmosis design.
 
VONTRON Sea Water (SW) Series RO Membrane Elements are applicable for the purification of seawater and high-concentration brackish groundwater with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) content up to 45000ppm, the SW RO Membrane is designed for numerous commercial water treatment applications, such as seawater desalination, boiler water replenishment for power plants and marine.
